Amazing building and rooms with even airconditioning. Good choice of food for breakfast including coffee and tea. Excellent spot just next door to right in the heart of historic Stonetown, and the old town. Early check in, the best prices.

There were climate control and mosquito nets in the room, appreciated that. Private bathroom was particularly good. The staff was nice, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

The value for money was excellent, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of size and comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the major sights and just a short stroll away from the water. The staff, particularly Tony, the owner/manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

If you're looking to stay close to the beach and be in the heart of all the action, this is the perfect spot for you. With its prime location near the ocean, you can easily take a quick swim or soak up the sun just a few steps away from the hotel. Not only that, but being in the city center means you're within walking distance of all the major tourist spots. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. Plus, the friendly and welcoming staff will make sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, it could benefit from the addition of a small table next to the wall socket for convenience. Other than that, it's a fantastic choice for beach lovers and those wanting to be close to the city center.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the helpful and friendly host. He went above and beyond to assist with any requests or questions I had, and even helped me arrange tours and transfers at fair prices. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions in the area, including the beach and the night market. Lastly, I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It was a great place to relax and unwind, with a nice breeze and views of the city. my experience at this hotel was pleasant, despite a few minor hiccups.
The room was not as clean as I had expected, with a few dusty corners and some questionable stains on the sheets. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the central location in Stone Town, making it easy to explore the main attractions and find the best restaurants. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. the spacious room I stayed in had air conditioning, which was a great relief in the hot weather.
One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a curtain to close the shower in the bathroom. This seemed to be a common issue in Zanzibar, as we encountered it in other B&Bs as well.
